By entering into any 4X4 Junkies Members Competition/s, entrants agree to the terms and conditions as set out below:
- To participate in our Members Competition/s, each participant must:
- Register as a member on the 4X4 Junkies website and update his/her profile.
- Entrants are only eligible to win ONE (1) of the available prizes at any given time.
- If you have won any of the 4X4 Junkies member’s competition in the past 90 (ninety) days; you are not eligible to enter again until this period has lapsed.
- This competition is open to all South African residents or South African Citizens over the age of ten (10) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s written permission before entering). Participants or entrants younger than 18 years must have the written consent of their parents or legal guardian. The prizes will only be released to the winners’ parent or guardian.
- However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of 4X4 Junkies, its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and any other person who is controlled directly or indirectly by 4X4 Junkies, as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.
- The draw will take place by 4X4 Junkies admin staff and the winner be be notified via the website and/or by email.
- The prize winners will be notified electronically on the email used to register on the 4X4 Junkies web site as a member.
- Upon receipt of the email; the prize winner may be required to provide his / her telephone number and a copy of his / her ID book and / or driver’s license to a representative from 4X4 Junkies to verify their identity.
- At the time of the telephone call, the prize winner may be required to answer several questions about his / her eligibility.
- If a prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up finalist.
- In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions by the prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and the runner-up finalist will be deemed the prize winner subject to all conditions herein.
- The decision of the winner is final and determined by the admin staff of 4X4 Junkies.

- Any prizes does not include any tips, meals, drinks, or any other fees unless specified. Such will be for the winners’ own expense.
- All prizes are not transferable. No substitution or assignment of any prize is permitted, but the organizers of the 4X4 Junkies competition/s reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable value, if so required.
- Winners may be required to appear on television or radio, in print publications, or online web sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods and/or services of 4X4 Junkies. However winner/s of the Competition/s shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request.
